Mechanism of Action
At the molecular level, Tesamorelin is under investigation for its signaling activity across the pathways associated with growth hormone support. Current preclinical research suggests interactions studied strictly within cellular and in-vitro models, where receptor binding and downstream signaling cascades are characterized to understand its biochemical profile.
03 — Research
Potential Research Applications
Research has explored Tesamorelin across several areas of laboratory investigation. Current preclinical research suggests the following as active domains of scientific study. These represent areas under investigation only and are not statements of clinical outcome.
- Under investigation for lipid metabolism
- Under investigation for adipose research
- Under investigation for endocrine assays

Storage & Handling
Recommended Storage
Store lyophilized peptide at 2–8°C for short-term handling and at -20°C for long-term storage, protected from light and moisture. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic or sterile water for research use. Add diluent slowly against the vial wall and swirl gently until dissolved — do not shake. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the validated stability window. Do not use if the solution appears cloudy or contains particulates.
Temperature
2–8°C / -20°C long-term
Shelf Life
24 months (lyophilized)
